How long have you been with The Unit Company?
I joined The Unit Company in 2019. Before I joined I lived and worked over 12 years in Zurich, Switzerland.

What is your role within The Unit Company?
I’m responsible for Sales in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and coordinate all trainings in these three countries.

What are you proud of?
The fact that our company makes it possible for me to have an inspiring job which I can balance with my wish to spend time with my children. It’s always a challenge, but the part-time and flexwork possibilities The Unit Company offers me definitely make it work.

And it’s great to see we apply this flexible approach to our customers as well when arranging trainings for them: from classrooms and incompanies to bootcamps, from e-learning sessions and blended trainings to webinars, it is all possible!
