Customer Contact Germany, Austria & Switzerland
To strengthen our German-speaking Sales we are looking for a customer contact employee who wants to develop in the field of sales and business development. We have a great preference for a native German speaking person who lives in the Utrecht region.
We deliver standard trainings, and custom format trainings for customers in the field of enterprise architecture.Focus is business to business.
We are looking for:
Native German speaker who also speaks Dutch or English, French would be great.
No cold sales, it concerns conversion driven conversations and making proposals
16-24 hours per week availability
Customer contact experience is an advantage
Activities on an average working day:
Customers register directly via the website and you can contact them from there for their participation in the training courses.
You handle incoming telephone traffic and sent in emails regarding the training.
Maintain the German landscape of customers, calling and contacting, both large companies and medium-sized.
You give advice and assess sales questions from our customers
You make training proposals, quotations
You identify needs and valuable sales signals and respond to them.
You initiate and supervise online activities (SEO/ SEA/ Mailings) to increase traffic and optimise the conversion rate.
